Consignment Info:

JHSC retains 30% of all items sold.

You will pay all consignment fees at drop off; cash or card.

Gear Registration

Preferred window: Enter your items online before Thursday, October 22nd at Noon. $1 fee per item. JHSC will have your pre-printed tags ready for you at Drop Off.

I‍tems Checked in on site: Price increases to $2 per item. Items are checked Checked In on site at Gear Drop off. Two options for On-Site Check In & Gear Drop Off available:

HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Click Sign Up & Register Gear in the blue box on the right hand side of this page to set up an account on myskiswap.com. Save your login information. Be sure to include your mailing address in your account information so a check can be sent to you for items sold. During sign up you can opt to receive a text message when one of your registered items sells.

2. Be sure you are in "Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Annual Gear Swap" (other swaps are also hosted on this software).

4. Click "Add Your Inventory."

5. Add item: List each item individually, unless you have multiples of the same thing. For multiples, choose a quantity of up to 10. Make sure to include brand information. If you don't know the model info (or it's not applicable), use model field to note color/design.

6. After each item entry, click the blue "add item" button to add it to your list of registered items. Keep in mind that after you add an item, you cannot edit. We recommend deleting that item and starting over if you need to.

Note: The "status" of your items will be pending. This will automatically update when an item sells. No need to print any tags; we will print them for you.

7. Once your items are added, attend gear drop off on Thursday or Friday to check your items in.

The fine print: Every year a few pieces of gear go missing; JHSC is not responsible. If you cannot accept this risk, please use alternative selling methods such as Craigslist, eBay, or a local pawn shop.

Items we cannot accept to sell:

7:00am: Early Bird Admission - $20

8:30am: Not-So-Early Bird Admission - $10

9:30am: General Admission - $1

12:30pm: Sale Ends

2:00pm-4:00pm: Pick up your unsold items

Cash, Local Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. 3% credit card fee applied at checkout.
