New year, new platform! We are super excited to transition into a more seamless selling and buying experience with MySkiSwap. Please read all details, and check out our seller guide page (in the uploaded files linked below) for a simple, step by step process to selling at the swap.
Event Dates & Times
This year's ski swap takes place Friday, November 13th, thru Monday, November 16th in the garage of the Wilkinson Public Library.
Friday 11/13
Individual Seller Check-in/Gear Drop off — 11 AM - 6 PM
$1 per tag/item will be charged at check-in — cash or Venmo please
Saturday 11/14
Pre-Swap for Volunteers Only — 8:30 AM - 10 AM
Ski Swap Sale — 10 AM - 4 PM *DISCOUNT HOUR 3-4 PM*
Sunday 11/15
Individual Seller Payout/Gear Pickup — 10 AM - 3 PM
IMPORTANT: Any unsold items NOT picked up on Sunday will be considered a donation to KOTO, no exceptions.
Monday 11/16
After-the-Swap Swap — 11 AM - 2 PM
This is cash/Venmo only, pay as you can, for items leftover/donated after Sunday check-out.
The Seller/Consignment Process
- Log in or create an account with myskiswap.com. - Build your inventory by entering your items to consign, following the prompts. - Check in your physical items during Friday's gear drop off with our helpful volunteer staff — we will take each item from you, print and affix your tags, and charge $1/tag. - Let us do the selling! You can see what items have sold by logging into your MySkiSwap Account. - Pick up any of your items that may not have sold on Sunday between 10 AM and 3 PM. Any items not picked up during this time are considered a donation to KOTO.

What is the "Red Dot" or "EOS Discount?" The EOS Discount means the item will be discounted for the LAST HOUR of the sale. These items are marked with a red dot. Consigners choose the discount amount during registration. KOTO will NOT assign a discount without the consignor's consent.
Who sets the price for my item? The consignor sets the price and EOS Discount. Aka YOU! Consider the following: Do you want the item sold/out of your garage? Price it to sell! Do you want to come back on Sunday to pick up the item if it doesn't sell? Price it higher. On the fence? Price it in the middle with a discount.
What happens with the leftover gear? After the sale on Saturday, and pickup on Sunday, any items leftover are will be sold at a "pay what you can" price for Monday's After the Swap Swap. This is a cash/Venmo only sale, and all proceeds support KOTO Radio! Any items leftover items after Monday go to Second Chance Thrift Shop.
How can I just donate my equipment/money to KOTO? We are more than happy to accept donations, whether it's gear or your sales proceeds. Let us know when you drop off your items and we'll record your request appropriately. If you decide later that you want to donate your gear after all, simply skip the Seller Pickup on Sunday!
